By accessing or using PrideVoices ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use PrideVoices. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account PIN and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PrideVoices to: harass, threaten, or harm other callers; impersonate any person; transmit illegal content; solicit money; or violate any applicable laws.

4. Free Trial

The 30-minute free trial is available once per new caller. PrideVoices reserves the right to modify or end the free trial offer at any time.

5. Packages and Payments

Packages are one-time purchases of talk time. Charges are final unless we determine an error occurred. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Content

Voice greetings and conversations are created by users. PrideVoices is not responsible for user-generated content but reserves the right to remove content that violates our standards.

8. Termination

PrideVoices may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Limitation of Liability

PrideVoices is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
