Account Security

Your account is protected by a personal PIN that only you know. Choose a PIN that is not easily guessable and keep it private.

If you believe your PIN has been compromised, contact support to reset it immediately.

Call Privacy

Calls on PrideVoices are private. Your phone number is not displayed to other callers. Call activity is not sold to third parties or used for advertising.

Payment Security

All online transactions are processed through encrypted payment systems using SSL/TLS protocols. PrideVoices does not store your full credit card number on our servers.

Payment processing meets industry-standard PCI compliance requirements.

Data Protection

We limit data collection to what's necessary for the service. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only. We implement technical and organizational safeguards against unauthorized access.

How to Stay Safe

• Never share your PIN with anyone
• Do not share personal information with other callers until you're comfortable
• Use the block feature if any caller makes you uncomfortable
• Report suspicious behavior through in-call options
• Log out of your online account when using shared devices
